Homie premium 9KG

This subscription has a minimum duration of 6 months. After this minimum period the agreement will automatically continue for an indefinite period.

If the subscription is cancelled during the minimum period, Homie will charge the minimum monthly usage fees for the remaining period of the agreement. Pickup costs apply if cancelled within 12 months:

• Large household appliances: €75 pickup costs
• Small household appliances (vacuum cleaner, microwave etc): €35 return costs

The user can always transfer the appliance to a new user free of charge. The subscription will then be cancelled free of charge.

Additional pickup costs apply for a pickup appointment within 1 week.

• Urgent request (within 1 week): €50 pickup costs

After the minimum duration the subscription will automatically continue indefinitely with a one month cancellation period.

If cancelled during the minimum duration Homie will charge the remaining monthly payments.

The appliance can always be transferred to a new user free of charge.

The subscription continues until the appliance has been picked up. Cancellation during the contract period may involve cancellation and/or pickup costs.

Payments are made through direct debit. The debit starts once the appliance has been delivered.

Buckaroo is our secure payment provider and handles automatic debit transactions.

If you ordered before September 18, 2024, KUARIO is the payment provider.

Available payment methods are iDeal and credit card (Visa and Mastercard).

Monthly payments are charged one month in advance starting from the installation date.

• We connect the appliance to the available connection points.
• After ordering we will contact you within one working day about the delivery date and time slot.
