What is the cancellation period?

• After the minimum term, the cancellation period is 1 month. The subscription continues until the appliance has been collected. If you cancel within the term, cancellation and/or collection costs may apply.
• You can always transfer an appliance to a new user free of charge. We will then cancel your subscription at no cost.
