With my enthusiasm I make sure every day that I speak to customers in a good way and contribute to our 9+ customer experience.
I also take care of efficient and sustainable planning, so every day is a challenge to get everything done as well as possible!

I developed the first tracker that makes our appliances smart. I feel honored that this allows our customers to wash more sustainably.
Every day I deal with processing returns and checking the condition of the machines. I also ensure a good repair process so that our appliances last as long as possible.

As professor in Sustainable Business Management and Practice, I investigate how industries and companies can become more sustainable. I co-founded Homie because it allows me to create a sustainable impact in the white goods industry myself.

I enjoy developing financial models. I want to run a sustainable business whilst offering our customers an affordable solution. In addition to Homie, I am involved with TU Delft. I support technical start-ups in their growth!
