How do I get my Homie device online?

It’s easy to get your Homie device online! Follow the steps below to connect your device to Wi-Fi.

On the right, you’ll find an instruction video that guides you step by step through the process.

Offline status:
If your device goes offline, you’ll receive an email notification informing you that your device is offline and asking you to restore the connection. Once your device is back online, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

What to do if it doesn’t work?


If you’re unable to get your device online, please send us a screenshot of the error message by email. Our support team will be happy to help you restore the connection.
