How do I get my Homie appliance online?
It is easy to get your Homie appliance online! Follow the steps below to connect your appliance to Wi-Fi.
- Watch the instruction video:
On the right you will find an instruction video that guides you through the process step by step. - Offline status:
If your appliance is offline, you will receive an email notifying you that your appliance is offline and asking you to restore the connection. Once your appliance is back online, you will receive a confirmation by email.

What to do if it does not work?
If you are unable to get your appliance online, please send us a screenshot of the error message by email. Our support team will be happy to help you restore the connection.
